Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production floor, ensuring smooth Flour, Suji, Sugar, Spice Mosla, Oil (FMCG) processing operations.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and hygiene standards are strictly observed by the production team.
- Train, mentor, and managing production staff, including operators and machine technicians.
- Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

Job Description

Requirements: Education: Bachelor/Honors degree required. Experience: Minimum of 8 to 15 years in manufacturing (FMCG), with experience in the packaged food/beverage sector preferred.
