Rupgonj Packaging Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee all production operations at our Narayanganj facility. Job Responsibilities: Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure we meet deadlines while optimizing resource allocation. Ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards by implementing effective quality control procedures. Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and proactively making necessary changes. Managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain efficient production flow. Training and supervising staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to achieve high productivity. Preparing production reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to senior management for strategic decision-making. Collaborating with departments such as logistics and sales to ensure smooth operations and supply chain efficiency. Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues that arise within the factory to maintain a harmonious work environment. Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations to guarantee a safe working atmosphere. Performing any other tasks as assigned by management to support factory operations. Required Skills: Proven experience managing a factory or a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of specific factory equipment and operational processes. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent multitasking and time management abilities. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and management capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience Needed: At least 10 years in a managerial role, with experience in the Garments, Packaging Industry, or Garments Accessories. Education Requirements: Master's degree in a relevant field.
