As our Factory Manager, your responsibilities will include: Production Planning & Control: You will oversee daily factory operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and identifying opportunities for efficiency optimization.Resource Management: Managing manpower, machinery, and raw materials will be key to maximize productivity.Quality Assurance: Guarantee that our products meet the highest quality standards and implement continuous improvement processes.Health & Safety Compliance: It’s crucial to enforce workplace safety rules and maintain compliance with all labor and safety regulations.Team Leadership: You will supervise, train, and motivate your staff to achieve performance goals.Cost Control: Keep a watchful eye on budgets, reduce waste, and manage operational costs effectively.Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee raw materials, stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.Problem Solving: Quickly address operational issues with effective solutions.Process Improvement: You will introduce modern techniques and technologies to streamline processes and minimize downtime.Reporting: Prepare detailed operational and production reports to present to senior management.Coordination: Liaise with departments like procurement, sales, logistics, and HR to ensure smooth operations.Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in adherence to company policies, legal standards, and necessary environmental regulations.To qualify for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma degree.3 to 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing (FMCG) sector.Basic computer knowledge coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.Thorough understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law.Ability to work within a team and manage various aspects of factory operations.This is a full-time position located in Dhaka (Ashulia, Uttara). The salary offered is in the range of Tk. 50,000 - 70,000 monthly, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
