Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop new clothing collections aligned with the company’s vision and target market.
- Create sketches, patterns, and sample garments for production.
- Research and forecast fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing team to ensure timely launch of new designs.
- Ensure quality, fitting, and finishing standards in all garments.
- Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to align design with market demand.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design and a passion for the ever-evolving world of fashion. If you have the creativity to develop engaging clothing lines and understand how to cater designs to current trends, this role could be just for you.As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for:Designing and creating new clothing collections that reflect our brand vision.Developing sketches, patterns, and producing sample garments.Conducting thorough research on fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims to stay ahead of the market.Working seamlessly with production and marketing teams to ensure timely design launches.Maintaining high standards for quality, fitting, and finishing in all clothing produced.Collaborating closely with merchandising and sales teams to ensure designs meet market demand.Regularly updating design portfolios and mood boards with innovative ideas.Requirements:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing.Preference will be given to graduates from Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology and BGMEA University of Fashion Technology.You will also need to possess:4 to 8 years of experience in the fashion industry.Experience in wholesale, retail, trading, or export/import sectors is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, garment construction, and fashion trends.Excellent communication and leadership skills.The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A creative and detail-oriented mindset.Additional Information:Age limits: 25 to 40 years.Gender: All (Male and Female).Work Conditions:This is a Full Time position located in Mirpur, Dhaka.The salary is negotiable, with additional benefits including a performance bonus, mobile bill coverage, transport allowances, and festival bonuses.If you have an eye for style and the ambition to create stunning fashion pieces, we want you on our team!
