Position OverviewJAAGO Foundation is at the forefront of innovative educational initiatives, and we are seeking a Fellowship Coordinator for our NEXGEN Graduate Fellowship Programme. This role is crucial for ensuring that the fellowship provides a comprehensive, tech-enabled experience designed to bolster the personal and professional growth of youth.Job ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning and Coordination:Design and implement the fellowship activity calendar, managing timelines for recruitment, onboarding, and final presentations.Align activities with the fellowship’s objectives through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Maintain essential documentation, schedules, and reports for smooth operations.Recruitment, Onboarding, and Engagement:Lead outreach initiatives to attract high-potential fellows.Manage the application screening and interview processes.Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions to integrate fellows effectively into the program.Foster continuous communication and facilitate community among fellows.Stakeholder Liaison:Serve as the key contact point for fellows, mentors, trainers, and partners.Organize timely coordination for sessions and feedback loops.Promote a supportive learning environment through regular engagement.Event Management:Plan workshops, webinars, and networking events that align with the fellowship's learning model.Collaborate with experts to develop engaging content for events.Ensure all logistics for events are handled efficiently.Monitoring and Reporting:Track fellows' progress through evaluations and feedback.Maintain records of participation and learning outcomes.Generate reports for program evaluations.Technology Integration:Support the use of digital platforms to enhance the learning experience.Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth digital delivery.Risk Management:Monitor fellows’ well-being and intervene if issues arise.Manage risks related to logistics and program continuity.Safeguarding Coordination:Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies among fellows and stakeholders.Work closely with safeguarding officers on reported incidents.Required SkillsExceptional communication skillsConflict resolution aptitudeProject management proficiencyTech-savviness to integrate digital toolsExperience in youth managementQualificationsThis position requires a Master's degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the NGO sector.
