Job Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with field data collectors and the research team.
- Verify the accuracy of collected data and ensure its validity.
- Regularly check the accuracy of information provided by the research team.
- Resolve various issues faced by field data collectors and liaise with the main office when needed.
- Handle any task related to the survey as directed by the main office.
Required Skills
- Strong background and experience in NGOs especially in survey-related tasks.
- Excellent command of MS Office and familiarity with mobile survey applications.
Benefits & Compensation
- During training, daily allowance of BDT 400.
- On-field daily wage of BDT 1000, accommodation BDT 900, meal allowance BDT 750, transport allowance BDT 450 (excluding holidays).
- Monthly mobile bill of BDT 500 and internet bill of BDT 400 for mobile survey application usage.
- Transportation expenses between last working area and Dhaka will be reimbursed.
- No advance allowances will be provided.

Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is seeking dedicated and qualified candidates for the short-term position of Field Supervisor to oversee the project ‘Corruption in the Service Sector: National Household Survey 2025’. If you're passionate about integrity and making a difference, we want to hear from you! Maintaining communication with field data collectors and the research team. Verifying the accuracy of collected data and ensuring its validity. Collect data in the field when necessary. Regularly checking the accuracy of information provided by the research team. Resolving various issues faced by field data collectors and liaising with the main office when needed. Handling any task related to the survey as directed by the main office. Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Bachelor's degree. Candidates with a Master's degree will be given priority.Degrees in Social Sciences will be given preference.No third division or GPA below 2.0 in SSC/HSC or below 2.5 in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree will be accepted.Required Skills: Strong background and experience in NGOs especially in survey-related tasks. Excellent command of MS Office and familiar with mobile survey applications. Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 22-40 years old. Contract Details: This contract will last from November 2025 to December 2025 for a maximum of 45 days. Benefits: During training, all candidates will receive a daily allowance of BDT 400. On-field daily wage of BDT 1000, accommodation BDT 900, meal allowance BDT 750, and transport allowance BDT 450 (excluding holidays).
