Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage client invoicing processes, incorporating updated pricing and contract terms.
- Ensure timely payment collections from over 40 clients and perform weekly reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Accurately track and report all invoicing data using Excel dashboards and Zoho, ensuring consistency between financial systems and internal records.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports for the CEO.
- Develop financial visualizations and dashboards to track revenues and performance metrics.
- Help test and improve internal tools and processes to make finance and operations more coherent.
- Collaborate on implementing workflow changes that increase process efficiency.
- Participate in stand-up calls with global teams to align on priorities.
- Work closely with the customer support team to resolve finance-related queries raised by clients.

This role is critical for ensuring smooth financial operations, timely client invoicing, accurate reporting, and collaborative process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and have a strong ability to manage various responsibilities independently. Client Invoicing & Reconciliation: Manage client invoicing processes independently, incorporating updated pricing and contract terms. Ensure timely collection of payments from over 40 clients and perform weekly reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Reporting & Analytics: Accurately track and report all invoicing data using Excel dashboards and Zoho, ensuring consistency between financial systems and internal records. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports for the CEO. Develop financial visualizations to track revenues and performance metrics. Process Improvement & System Testing: Help in testing and improving internal tools and processes for better finance and operations coherence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in stand-up calls with global teams in Dhaka, Serbia, and the USA to align on priorities.
