As a Flat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various operations related to residential and commercial flats. Ensure the timely collection of rent and other dues for residential and commercial flats. Prepare and maintain documentation related to rent and maintenance. Verify tenant documents and finalize agreements to prevent legal issues. Handle rent collection, utility bill payments, and issue necessary notices. Communicate with relevant authorities for timely payment of government dues. Maintain written records of all rental transactions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 5-10 years as a Flat Manager or Assistant Manager in Dhaka. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to type in Bangla and English.
