Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle inquiries efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room scheduling.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Provide basic information to clients, guests, and staff as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure office supplies for reception areas are maintained and ordered as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Al-Mostafa Group is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive.
