As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This position is ideal for a well-mannered and organized individual who is eager to work in a consultancy environment. This is a full-time position available for female candidates only, ideally within the age range of 20 to 30 years. Your main responsibility will be to manage our reception area, which includes welcoming guests and clients, handling phone calls, and managing appointment schedules. Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally. Manage front desk tasks such as phone calls and messages. Handle appointment bookings and maintain schedules. Maintain visitor logs and manage basic clerical tasks. Provide information to clients and handle queries professionally. Support office operations by assisting in preparing client documents. Assist with basic social media replies and updates when required. Maintain office records and provide administrative support to staff. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Familiarity with consulting firms or travel-related businesses is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Must be polite, presentable, and approachable. Additional Job Requirements: Must be a female candidate within the age range of 20 to 30 years.
