Draft various types of letters and documentation as instructed by office management. Ensure the front office area is organized, maintained, and prepared to uphold company standards. Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner while maintaining accurate records of front desk operations. Receive letters, messages, and documents, dispatching them to the concerned authority while keeping a record. Keep the office and contact lists up to date. Manage office security following safety procedures and control access via the reception desk. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and transfer them to the appropriate personnel. Disseminate information or instructions accurately as required. Maintain receiving records and other documentation. Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, or electronic form. Answer questions and address complaints promptly. Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by management. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 2 to 3 years in related fields such as Airlines, Travel Agencies, Call Centers, etc. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Age: 20 to 35 years. Only female candidates will be considered. Skills: Excellent customer support, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, effective communication skills, and a hardworking mentality.
