We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Front Desk Executive for our Guest House in Rangpur, Bangladesh. If you have a flair for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply!Job Responsibilities:Welcome guests and handle the check-in process, ensuring they feel valued and informed.Answer all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, confirming bookings with clients.Promote guesthouse amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.Ensure all check-out procedures are handled efficiently and maintain excellent records of guest stays.Manage guest accounts and payments, ensuring compliance with policies.Encourage strong relationships with clients and assist in promoting services to potential guests.Maintain a high level of customer service across all interactions.Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional service.Monitor online bookings and reach out to guests as necessary to increase occupancy rates.Conduct monthly audits of guest records and ensure compliance with all procedures.Required Qualifications:Education: A Master's degree is preferred.
