At Ryans, we deal with a wide range of products including desktops, tablets, PC components, cameras, software, and office equipment. Our branches span across multiple locations in Bangladesh, from Dhaka to Chattogram, Bogura, and beyond. We take pride in not only selling products but also providing exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. Receive and deliver products accurately and on time. Make and receive phone calls and send SMS notifications to customers regarding product readiness, returns, and deliveries. Update product status and job progress in the company software/system. Sell products to walk-in customers while maintaining excellent customer service. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery operations. Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, delivery status, and returns. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification. Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or retail. Experience in the IT Enabled Service or Computer Hardware/Network Companies is an advantage. Skills: Proficient in computer skills, with strong customer relations and customer service abilities. Gender: Male/Female. Benefits: Partially subsidized lunch facilities.
