Job Location: Head Office – Banani, Dhaka About the Position: Swapan Washing Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and committed Front Desk Officer (Female) to be an integral part of our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are looking for meaningful engagement in a supportive environment - where your contributions make a real difference. Job Responsibilities: Assist the MD in daily activities and operations. Manage emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Coordinate appointment, meetings, and travel schedules. Facilitate professional cooperation among various departments and external stakeholders. Prepare required reports, documents, and presentations. Provide administrative support while maintaining confidentiality. Organize and update office files, paperwork, and records accurately. Offer assistance in office management tasks. Greet and guide visitors as they arrive at the office. Handle incoming calls and forward them to the relevant personnel. Maintain logs of visitors/calls accurately. Receive and send couriers and official documents. Create a professional environment at the reception at all times. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate reliability. Strong time management and organizational skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Smart and confident freshers are welcome to apply along with experienced candidates.
