Job Opportunity: Garage Mechanic SupervisorMollick Trade International is seeking a dedicated and skilled Garage Mechanic Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the repair, maintenance, and technical operations of a fleet of 30+ loaded vehicles, primarily heavy and medium trucks. We are on the lookout for someone passionate about their work, capable of leading and ensuring optimal performance in our operations.About Your Responsibilities:Lead and manage the garage team to ensure efficient and timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.Perform hands-on repairs and diagnostics on various vehicle types.Ensure all garage operations comply with safety and operational standards.Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for repair and maintenance.Train and mentor junior mechanics, providing professional guidance and support.Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and troubleshoot any issues.Your Qualifications:Must hold a Diploma Certificate in Automobile Engineering.Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in a mechanical supervisory role.Strong knowledge of vehicle and engine repair, specifically for heavy vehicles.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Skills Required:Automobile Mechanic expertise.Heavy Vehicle Driving capability.Vehicle & Engine Repairing knowledge.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent Vehicle Maintenance practices.Effective Vehicle Management skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary range of Tk. 20,000 - 25,000 monthly based on experience.Salary negotiable depending on qualifications.Opportunity for professional growth within the company.A vibrant and supportive work environment.If you are passionate about automobiles and ready to take the next step in your career, apply with us today!
