- Assist and coordinate with the trust entities.
- Coordinating with foreign students of medical college.
- Provide assistance to the authority in decision making.
- Play a leading role in preservation of records and documents.
- Submit relevant documents to higher authorities.
- Maintain connection with concerned persons or organizations as per instructions.
- Oversee various administrative issues related to BGC Biddyanagar.
- Develop SOP standards and protocols for procurement.
- Demonstrate annual manpower planning and leadership.
