Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the HR & Compliance Department for multiple factories located in the same premises.
- Develop and implement HR & Compliance strategies aligned with the overarching Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conduct, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law and Buyer Code of Conduct, handling all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Conduct audits to prepare the factory for various social, environmental and technical assessments.
- Maintain and monitor workplace safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Build strong communication channels with buyers and compliance auditors.
- Facilitate training and workshops ensuring awareness of compliance standards among the factory personnel.

Job Description
Position Overview:Pretty Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of General Manager / Deputy General Manager - HR & Compliance. The successful candidate will manage an Industrial Complex comprising multiple manufacturing facilities, including Knitting, Dyeing, Washing, Garments, and Sweater production. This position is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of HR and compliance functions across all factories.Oversee the HR & Compliance Department for multiple factories located in the same premises.Develop and implement HR & Compliance strategies aligned with the overarching Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conduct, and industry standards.Ensure compliance with Labor Law and Buyer Code of Conduct, handling all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Conduct audits to prepare the factory for various social, environmental and technical assessments.Maintain and monitor workplace safety standards and compliance regulations.Build strong communication channels with buyers and compliance auditors.Facilitate training and workshops ensuring awareness of compliance standards among the factory personnel.Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess:A minimum of 12 years of experience in HR operations, specifically within the Garments and Textile sectors.A bachelor's degree from a reputed institution, with a preference for an MBA/BBA/PGD in HRM.Strong compliance skills and the ability to work within a factory setting.Desired Skills:Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, both verbal and written.Proficiency in using IT equipment.Ability to manage stress and pressure while maintaining productivity.Team-oriented approach combined with independent work capabilities.Location: Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, BangladeshCompensation and Benefits:Attractive compensation package, which includes a yearly salary review and festival bonuses.Transportation allowances and mobile bills, along with group insurance coverage.If you are a self-motivated professional looking to contribute to a growing organization while ensuring compliance and maintaining effective HR operations, we encourage you to apply.
