Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for the position of GM, Property Security and Management at bti - a premier name in the real estate industry of Bangladesh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the SBU (Property Security and Management) which comprises around 500 Support Staff (SSs) including Building Managers, Security Supervisors, Caretakers, Security Guards, and Cleaners across various bti projects in Dhaka city.Sourcing, screening, and deployment of the required number of experienced Building Managers, Caretakers, Security Guards, and Cleaners to meet specific project requirements.Conducting regular training programs to ensure professional development of SSs.Monitoring daily activities of team members and supervising administrative work of the Security Department.Managing performance by setting KPIs and evaluating progress to ensure goal accomplishment.Maintaining a central store record for SS uniforms and organizing training sessions to enhance professionalism among staff.Providing technical training on emergency protocols such as Fire Fighting, Fire Panel operations, and Generator usage.Overseeing the preparation and distribution of salaries per company policy, and compiling monthly reports for HR.Conducting project visits and preparing visit reports to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.Collecting feedback from clients and us to improve service delivery by support staff.Investigating incidents such as theft or misconduct and taking necessary actions as per policy.Inspiring the Security Team and conducting mock sessions on crisis management to align with company values.Arranging special duties during long holidays such as Eid.Fostering team-building and cross-functional collaboration across departments.Providing leadership to maintain the company culture and promote organizational initiatives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Honors in any relevant field.Experience: Minimum 10 years in a related role, with extensive experience in Security Services.Gender: Open to all - Male/Female.Benefits:Yearly salary review based on performance.Festive bonuses (twice a year).Encashment of earned leaves.Gratuity scheme.Welfare fund contributions.Weekly holidays as per government and company calendar.Company Overview:bti is a pioneering name in the real estate industry of Bangladesh, established in 1984.
