- Oversee the production department at C.P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Feed Mill Unit – 1).
- Manage feed electrical management and technical services, as well as production and cost control.
- Ensure optimal energy consumption management within feed mills that are power-intensive.
- Maintain integrity and functionality of feed mill systems from batching to pelleting.
- Oversee maintenance of all motors associated with the feed mill.
- Implement power control measures to uphold high standards in animal feed.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff.
- Prepare and report training schedules to the HR department.
