Job Responsibilities
- Execute all strategies from the Board of Directors and translate them into operational plans.
- Lead internal teams (Admin, Finance, Sales, Customer Service) to improve efficiency and results.
- Standardize revenue recognition, expense control, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Create and implement SOPs and operational process documentation.
- Track performance metrics (KPIs) and manage incentive and bonus programs.
- Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of a 20+ employee workforce.
- Ensure compliance with regulations for manpower recruitment and visa processing.
