Job Responsibilities

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated General Manager of Quality in Dhaka, who will spearhead quality control and operational excellence within a vibrant garment factory. As part of our reputed garment industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards as expected by our esteemed clients. Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and operational excellence within the factory. Identify any faults in the garment making process and take immediate corrective actions. Set quality norms to minimize the rejection rate of garments. Develop effective quality assurance plans to ensure garments are compliant with buyer requirements, maintaining a 100% satisfaction rate. Collaborate with manufacturing managers to align quality assurance objectives with production procedures. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to define standards and establish the required quality and reliability expectations for our finished products. Create and implement efficient quality assurance procedures that optimize time, manpower, and other resources while ensuring the highest quality. Organize training activities for staff to enhance product quality and reliability. Ensure compliance with international quality standards and product regulations. Lead and inspire the quality assurance team to consistently deliver high-quality products. Implement effective strategies for continuous improvement and process development. Foster strong relationships with buyers to ensure their quality assurance requirements are consistently met. Promptly report any discrepancies to the management for immediate action. Required Skills: Extensive experience of at least 20 years in quality assurance, preferably in the garments sector. Proficiency in fault detection and quality norm setting. Strong analytical skills complemented by a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent team leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse workforce. Exceptional communication skills to maintain strong relationships with buyers and other departments. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or honors in a relevant field.
