Job Responsibilities
- Own the entire quality function from incoming materials, inline inspection, to final goods and shipment (AQL, SOPs, buyer compliance)
- Design and implement a robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system, ensuring alignment with business and buyer quality standards
- Lead technical audits, sample reviews, and first-piece inspections while enforcing corrective actions
- Monitor key quality metrics such as Defects per Hundred Units (DHU) and First Pass Yield to drive continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with various departments including Merchandising, Production, and Technical, providing training to enhance quality awareness
- Oversee the performance of QA/QC/Technical teams, mentoring team members and ensuring staff efficiency
- Coordinate with buyers to clarify quality issues and implement buyer technical requirements effectively
- Analyze trends in quality metrics to generate insightful reports for continuous improvement

We are on the lookout for an experienced QA leader who can own the entire quality function from incoming materials to the final goods and shipment. Responsibilities: Own the entire quality function from incoming materials, inline inspection, to final goods and shipment (AQL, SOPs, buyer compliance). Required Skills: Strong understanding of international quality standards and buyer requirements. Expertise in woven garments, especially from the bottom category. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively with foreign management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree required. At least 12 years of experience in garment QA/QC, with 5 years in a Head of QA role. Age: 38 to 52 years; Male applicants preferred. Benefits: Mobile bill and insurance coverage.
