Job Description

In this role, you will be an integral part of our management team, focused on optimizing production processes and ensuring quality standards are met throughout operations. Your responsibilities will include: Reporting to top management about analytical data on running production. Advising and assisting the QC team and factory in resolving production issues. Providing suggestions to the production team to address any problems or inefficiencies. Developing methods and workplace engineering, maintaining lost time recording, and calculating efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required. At least 10 years of experience in Fish Fry Production & Quality. Applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Age requirement: At least 50 years. This is a full-time position, and candidates should be prepared to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
