Job Responsibilities
- Capable to design page apartment project for advertisement in online like- Facebook, Google, YouTube etc.
- Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
- Create brochure / poster, leaflets, signboard design, advertisement content, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons and other materials.
- Monitoring production timescales and schedules as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a real estate or advertising agency. Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Corel Draw, and Photoshop. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Education Requirements: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or related field.
