Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our R & D team to create a design book cover that accurately represents the content and appeal to our target audience.
- Design interior book layouts, incorporating text, images, and other graphical elements in a visually compelling and readable format.
- Create promotional materials such as posters, bookmarks, and social media graphics to support book launches and other marketing initiatives.
- Work with our production team to ensure all designs are ready for printing and meet our quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends in the book publishing industry and bring new ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate progress to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all designs are completed within assigned timelines.

About The Role As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our book projects to life. You will be collaborating closely with our R & D team to develop design concepts that resonate with our readers and effectively represent the content of our publications. This position requires attention to detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the R&D team to design book covers that appeal to our target audience. Create structured interior layouts that are visually compelling and reader-friendly. Develop promotional materials such as posters and social media graphics for book launches. Ensure designs meet quality standards and are ready for print. Stay updated with design trends in the book publishing sector. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress. Manage various projects while adhering to timelines. Qualifications You are an ideal candidate if you possess the following: Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the book publishing industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong knowledge of brand principles. Ability to work under pressure and keen attention to detail. Strong analytical skills related to brand and creative performance. Only male candidates aged up to 45 years will be considered.
