Job Responsibilities
- Design and art-direct communications deliverables including digital campaigns, advertisements, marketing landing pages, activation ideas and customer experience design.
- Excellent and advanced use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D modeling and other graphic-related software.
- Conceptualize and design creative visuals that adhere to the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Experience in Marketing Agency, E-commerce, and F-commerce industry with a strong portfolio preferred.
- Generate overall print material design concepts and prepare print-ready files.
- Develop marketing & branding communication materials.
- Design promotional materials, social media graphics, website elements, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all media.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and service teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project guidelines.
- Manage vendors if necessary.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Apply strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

You will work closely with marketing, content, and service teams to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.Key responsibilitiesDesign and art-direct communications deliverables including digital campaigns, advertisements, marketing landing pages, activation ideas, and customer experience design.Create conceptual and production-ready creative visuals adhering to company brand guidelines.Design promotional materials, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral.Generate print material designs and ensure print-ready artwork when required.Develop marketing & branding communication materials in collaboration with stakeholders.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality control.Maintain and enhance visual consistency of the brand across all media.Coordinate with vendors and external partners when necessary.Work independently with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.Handle additional tasks assigned by management as needed.Required skills & technical proficienciesAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects.Experience with motion graphics and 3D modeling tools is strongly preferred.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Experience creating visuals for digital marketing, e-commerce and agency environments.Ability to produce both conceptual and production-ready designs for web and print.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital campaigns and marketing collateral.Education, experience & eligibilityMinimum education: Bachelor/Honors in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience (Software Company, IT-enabled services, AI startups or marketing agencies preferred).Age requirement: 20 to 50 years.
