- Design creative marketing materials including posters, flyers, banners, social media posts, menus, and promotional content.
- Develop branding materials for hotel and restaurant (logos, signage, packaging, event themes).
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to create eye-catching campaigns.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Edit photos, videos, and other digital content for promotional use.
- Manage design files, templates, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with design trends to create modern and engaging visuals.
- Support event promotions and special campaigns with creative designs.
- Regularly upload content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Organize and manage all digital platforms to ensure updated content and brand presence.
- Reply to all customer inquiries and messages received on digital pages in a professional and timely manner.
