Job Responsibilities
- Design creative and high-quality visual assets including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, logos, stickers, thumbnails, and animated graphics.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity across all design works.
- Create eye-catching layouts for promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with modern design trends and apply them effectively in projects.
- Edit and produce professional promotional and branding videos for real estate projects.
- Capture, cut, and compile raw footage into polished final versions with transitions, effects, and sound.
- Create short reels, property tour videos, client testimonial videos, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Manage and regularly update creative content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize visual content for different platforms and formats.
- Organize and maintain a library of design and video assets for ongoing use.
- Meet deadlines for content delivery across various marketing campaigns.
