Job Responsibilities

  • Day & Night Shift Roster duty.
  • Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and follow up on customer calls where necessary.
  • Provide customers with product and service information using available resources.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards while providing support over the phone and through online services.
  • Ensure smooth business operations while maintaining compliance.
  • Report and maintain proper MIS.

Job OverviewMunshi HR Solutions Ltd. is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to fill the position of Guest Service Executive (Call Centre). This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Day & Night Shift Roster duty.Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints and follow up on customer calls where necessary.Provide customers with product and service information using available resources.Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources.Maintain high-quality service standards while providing support over the phone and through online services.Ensure smooth business operations while maintaining compliance.Report and maintain proper Management Information Systems (MIS).Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s or Honors degree.Experience:No specific experience required, but previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.Skills:Proficient in Call Center operations.Excellent customer service skills.Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Team player with a proactive approach to solving problems.Additional Job Requirements:Age 24 to 30 years preferred.Must demonstrate excellent command of English & Bangla.Ability to work effectively in a team.Working Conditions:This is a Full-Time position.Work at office location in Dhaka.Salary and Benefits:The salary range for this position is between Tk. 23,000 and Tk. 24,000 monthly.
