Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science. Certification on HCI/UI/UX will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct different research and analysis to understand the root problem to design a good user experience
- Produce high-quality, innovative solutions through wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Be able to conduct Functionality and Usability Testing and produce insights for the User Experience
- Develop design systems, component libraries, and continuously improve them based on the product needs
- Candidate must understand UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and responsiveness
- Maintain daily scrum, update tasks regularly, and work as part of a proactive Agile team
- Experience with design software Figma, additional skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
- Good skills to maintain communication with key stakeholders and developers
- Experience in working on ERP software will be an added advantage
