Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily bakery production (bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and savory items).
- Develop and maintain standard recipes, portion controls, and quality checks.
- Train and manage the Assistant Chef and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and food storage systems.
- Innovate and introduce new bakery items based on customer demand and trends.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers for raw materials; ensure stock and cost control.
- Collaborate with management for menu planning, costing, and promotions.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, meeting production targets and deadlines.
