Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term business plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Analyze local and global market trends to inform product strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Track and optimize overall brand performance (sales, cost, profit, market share).
- Collaborate across design, production (in-house), inventory, sales, and marketing departments.
- Ensure alignment between product development and customer demand.
- Conduct performance reviews and establish KPIs for inter-departmental accountability.
- Expand physical presence via branded stores, pop-ups, and retail partnerships.
- Standardize store operations and ensure premium customer experience.
- Identify and develop new channels of distribution, including export readiness.
- Supervise budgeting, cost control, and overall financial health of the brand.
- Optimize procurement, supplier, and logistics operations — leveraging LUDAS’s own factory strengths.
- Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Build consumer trust through product quality, after-sales service, and innovation.
- Represent LUDAS at trade events, exhibitions, and strategic business forums.
