Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Head of Communications, who will be tasked with amplifying our voice and vision through strategic communication efforts. Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh Develop and implement a departmental structure that aligns with the organisation's long-term goals. Create annual strategic communication plans with clear objectives and frameworks. Collaborate with program teams to engage stakeholders effectively. Maintain an annual content calendar for effective messaging. Innovate and execute activities to enhance SAJIDA's visibility. Produce high-quality communication materials following international standards. Manage media relations to bolster the organisation's reputation. Mentor and support the communications team for quality consistency. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. At least 10 years of experience in communications management. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. A track record of producing impactful communications products. Demonstrated experience in public relations and marketing. Fluency in English and Bangla; knowledge of other languages is a plus. What We Offer: Joining us means being part of a mission-driven team.
