Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies in shaping credit card business landscape to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop Marketing strategy, product design, pricing & propositions for the Credit Card products.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Credit Card department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to align credit card business strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.
- Acquire new credit card merchants and maintain existing merchants by offering lucrative features for the end user.
- Liaise with Visa & MasterCard authorities to leverage relationships and stay updated with emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with above regulations and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
