Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain qualified personnel.
- Drive annual appraisal processes and KPIs for all departments to enhance productivity and accountability.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Organize and facilitate training, professional development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll, tax compliance, and budget planning.
- Promote employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
