Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee all finance and accounts functions for the group covering local and international operations.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support company strategy and project growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage treasury, banking, vendor payment cycles, tax compliance, and statutory filings for all business units.
- Implement and improve internal control systems and process automation for robust financial governance.
- Support investment appraisals, project financing, fundraising, and liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Business partnering with EPC/construction, generator service, and power generation teams for cost analysis, risk management, and project profitability.
