Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of Family Mart stores and Pharmacy departments, ensuring all stores meet organizational standards for performance, customer service, and profitability.
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the smooth functioning of the stores and pharmacy.
- Ensure optimal stock levels in both retail and pharmacy categories by closely monitoring inventory, liaising with suppliers, and implementing efficient restocking processes.
- Maintain operational systems that ensure efficient workflow, high product availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets, inventory turnover, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality service standards across all operations.
- Implement cost-control initiatives, monitor expenditure, and ensure operational profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store managers, pharmacy staff, and operational personnel.
