Job Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Control & Assurance, ensuring products meet quality standards in Plastics or Stationery business.
- Handle buyer compliance requirements and conduct internal, buyer, and third-party audits.
- Approve samples, in-line, pre-final, and final inspections.
- Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and maintain QC/QA documentation.
- Lead and train QC/QA staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and QMS standards.
- Manage and maintain ISO and other quality certifications.
