Job Responsibilities
- Establish quality control procedures for every stage of the production process, from design through to final product inspection.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Determine all product and technical specifications for garments, including construction sequences, machine and attachment usage, and work methods.
- Manage quality control teams responsible for inspecting and testing products to uphold quality.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding product issues related to fit, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials.
- Oversee direct reporting from individual quality managers across departments and facilities to drive quality throughout the value chain.
- Supervise customer onboarding and implement processes throughout the value chain to meet customer-specific requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, customer expectations, and standards to keep quality control procedures effective and up to date.
- Train new staff and assign appropriate positions to ensure team readiness and competence.

Facilitate customer onboarding while customizing processes to meet unique specifications and quality needs. Work in close collaboration with design, production, and sales teams to ensure all products meet quality expectations throughout their lifecycle. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to keep quality procedures current and effective. Provide training and development for new and existing staff to enhance their capabilities and readiness. Required Skills: Adept in establishing quality control frameworks. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement. Proficient in technical assessments and quality audits. Experience in the garment industry is highly valued. Experience: 10 to 15 years in a relevant field, primarily within the garment sector. Education: A Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering is mandatory. This position is for a full-time role based in Mymensingh (Bhaluka), Bangladesh.
