Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals
- Identify new retail opportunities and distribution channels to expand market reach
- Formulate and manage trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies to drive sales
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and identify new growth areas
- Oversee the entire retail sales operation, from distributor management to point-of-sale execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers
- Ensure optimal product placement, inventory levels, and brand visibility at the retail level
- Monitor competitor activities and market share to stay competitive

Oversee the retail sales operation including distributor management. Build strong relationships with key partners. Lead and mentor a team of sales personnel to achieve targets. Collaborate with marketing to align retail campaigns with brand strategy. Required Skills & Expertise: Proven leadership ability to manage large, diverse sales teams.
