In this role, you will spearhead our sales efforts in the rapidly growing sheet metal processing industry in Bangladesh. With a focus on laser cutting, shearing, and press brake machinery, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated sales team and establish a robust market presence. Job Responsibilities: Market and Team Management: Build and lead the sales team of the Dhaka office, developing assessment and training plans for a highly efficient local sales force. Business Development and Customer Retention: Identify local customers and maintain strong relationships to ensure target cash collection rates are met. Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborate effectively with technical staff to ensure local customers’ needs are met. Sales Operations: Manage pricing and monitor the sales pipeline, providing regular reports to head office. Marketing: Support local marketing efforts, participate in trade shows, and increase brand awareness. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Deep understanding of the industrial machinery market. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Experience in managing and growing high-performance sales teams.
