This key position not only requires a strong sales background but also entails leadership qualities that inspire and motivate our teams to achieve their targets. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for: Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP). Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve the desired results. Planning and monitoring regular activities of the sales teams. Identifying niche customers and business opportunities and creating a corresponding database. Regularly visiting prospective customers to maintain robust client relationships. Ensuring optimum utilization of promotional materials to enhance sales effectiveness. Maintaining relationships with existing customers while providing top-notch customer service. Providing motivation and proper product knowledge training to subordinates. Submitting various reports to management regarding sales performance. Implementing strategies to adapt to changes within the industry. Required Skills: Extensive experience in Sales, preferably within the Real Estate sector. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within team dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to handle pressure and adapt to an evolving work environment.
