Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Head Of Sales at Oriental Group. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies across various product lines.The core responsibilities include:Setting yearly sales targets by preparing comprehensive area and zonal sales plans.Developing and evaluating promotional activities to enhance market visibility.Monitoring sales activities to ensure targets are achieved.Conducting regular sales meetings and evaluating team performance.Strategizing to expand our footprint in regional markets.Identifying training needs for sales personnel and implementing development programs.Building a strong network with traders and end-users for better market understanding.Collecting marketing feedback to stay updated with industry trends and competitor actions.Visiting customers regularly to ensure outstanding service and support.Resolving sales-related issues promptly by collaborating with the relevant departments.Adhering to company policies while handling product damages.To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:Extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the FMCG sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Job Requirements:At least 10 years of experience in a sales management role.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.At least 40 years of age.Only Male candidates.Job Location: Dhaka (Dhanmondi), Bangladesh.
