At least 3 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Headmaster, Principal, or Academic Coordinator. Experience within a school environment or educational institution. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage teachers, students, and staff effectively. Fluency in English and Bangla, both spoken and written. Preferred Qualifications Background in Education, English, Islamic Studies, or related fields. Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership or School Administration.
