Job Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all students. Supervise students’ activities and promote a healthy balance between study and leisure. Coordinate with educational staff regarding student needs and concerns. Execute the hostel's policies and procedures effectively. Handle any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and the administrative staff. Assist in organizing events and activities within the hostel. Requirements: Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Mathematics, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in hostel management or similar roles, preferably in a school or madrasa setting. Age requirement: 25 to 35 years. Only male candidates will be considered for this position. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions. Experience in managing hostel operations. This role is a full-time position requiring you to work on-site. The working days are Sunday to Thursday, providing a balanced work-life schedule. Salary: BDT 15,000 - 19,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
