Job Responsibilities
- Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Developing and implementing Procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization
- Ensure all the operations of the factory are fully compliant with applicable local law & COC of valued business partners.
- Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline
- Streamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Foster excellent industrial relations among workers, floor staff, and top management
- Smoothly managing the Payroll operation.
- Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery.
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee grievances and ensuring effective communication, resulting in high morale, low turnover, and improved productivity
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to plant leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making through insights on staffing, turnover, and other critical HR metrics.

Provide uninterrupted administrative support for production and logistics. Foster a positive work culture that addresses employee grievances effectively. Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to plant leadership to assist decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields. At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Garments or Textile industry. Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, HR operations, and Administration.
