Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and cash book.
  • Prepare monthly/annual income-expenditure reports.
  • Carry out banking tasks (checks, deposits, transaction tracking).
  • Manage payroll, incentives, and other benefits.
  • Keep records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Create job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and assist in the recruitment process.
  • Maintain employees' personal files, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Implement HR activities according to organizational policies and labor laws.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks (documentation, filing, office equipment management).
  • Handle telephone calls, mail, and courier management.
