Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to maintain a disciplined and positive work culture.
- Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management with accuracy.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations, including office management, logistics, security, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and official documentation.
- Organize training, workshops, and career development programs to enhance employee capability.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws and company rules.

This role is pivotal in overseeing our human resources and administrative functions as we expand our ventures in real estate, agriculture, e-commerce, pet care, automotive, and food & beverage.The ideal candidate will bring discipline and experience to our team, focusing on creating and maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
