The Osiris Group, an international investment firm is on the lookout for a dynamic HR/Admin Manager to become an integral part of our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities: Oversee office operations which includes the procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management. Facilitate smooth communication between various departments to support business functions effectively. Maintain organized and precise filing as well as documentation of administrative records. Handle correspondence, emails, and reports as per requirements. Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and executing other administrative tasks. Applicant Requirements: The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent, with preference for candidates possessing a Master's degree. Able to commit to a full-time work schedule. Preferred age range: 28 to 35 years. Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field, preferably in Investment/Merchant Banking.
