Transba Medical Services is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to join our dedicated team! Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Prepare necessary documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts for new hires. Conduct orientation programs and training for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding. Monitor employee attendance, manage leave records, and uphold discipline and behavior standards. Implement and regularly evaluate employee performance appraisal systems. Develop and update HR policies along with maintaining the employee handbooks. Supervise office administration tasks including logistics, office supplies procurement, and security measures. Ensure all documentation is compliant with labor laws and company regulations. Report HR-related matters to top management and provide necessary advisory support. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in HR/Admin roles with proven experience in recruitment, training, policy creation, and employee evaluation. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership capabilities, adept in managing employee relations and knowledgeable in HR policy compliance.
